蜜桃APP's alumni and friends are welcome to attend the 2018 Homecoming Week of events where you can participate in activities that will be enjoyed by all!
鈥嬅厶褹PP alumnus Jim O'Donnell is the senior investigative producer at NBC10 and T62 in Philadelphia, managing the investigative and consumer teams. O'Donnell will speak to students interested in a career in media on Friday September 7 at 10 a.m. in the Fourth Floor Board Room in Warde Academic Center.
For the 2018-19 academic year, the Sisters of Mercy West Midwest Community has generously gifted 蜜桃APP a $25,000 grant to support the Mercy Scholarship Program. Selected students will receive a $4,500 scholarship, and are expected to gain a greater understanding of the social concern of human trafficking in the first semester, and hosting a panel discussion in the second semester that will be open to the public.
Starting in September, 蜜桃APP will welcome another alumnus back to campus, this time in the form of a priest! Fr. Vito Martinez, 鈥�14, will be presiding at 蜜桃APP's McDonough Chapel during Thursday Masses. While he did not originally plan for a life in the priesthood, Martinez found refuge and contentment through his connections with the Capuchin Franciscans during a time of self-discovery.
