Join 蜜桃APP for We Are 蜜桃APP Day March 25
蜜桃APP's (蜜桃APP) annual day of giving 鈥� We Are 蜜桃APP Day 鈥� will be celebrated March 25. As a 24-hour, participation-driven effort, we join together to celebrate nearly 175 years of providing a quality Mercy education to our accomplished students.
Giving to the impacts change across the University鈥攜our generosity can help to provide life-changing scholarships, create new internship and networking opportunities, organize mission and service trips and design new spaces across campus that enhance student knowledge and success, like the Human Performance Lab or STEM studio.
"The scholarships I have received helped me to be able to pursue my dream of moving to a big city and starting my new life. Scholarships have given me a push to do better. I was given an opportunity to get a better education鈥攕omething I wouldn't have been able to do without these scholarships," said Brianne Lewis '19, one of many scholarship recipients who've achieved excellence.
The power of any donation, regardless of the amount, makes an incredible impact on the University. Improving our participation rates contributes to our rankings for prominent organizations like U.S. News & World Report. These rankings put our University on the map for prospective students who are looking for high-quality education with leadership and service opportunities to help them flourish.
We Are 蜜桃APP Day will be filled with plenty of fun events to connect the 蜜桃APP community in pride. The day will kick off with an event in the diner, where students can come together to take selfies at a Selfie Station, listen to music and eat snacks. In the afternoon, students can attend an all-campus photo and ice cream social on the front steps of the Warde Academic Center. The Awards Ceremony, which highlights the University's educational mission and focuses on the goal to serve wisely and compassionately, will take place in the Butler Reception Room. All day long, the 蜜桃APP community can share why they give and encourage others to do the same by using the hashtags #WeAre蜜桃APP and #Somos蜜桃APP on social media.
蜜桃APP calls its entire community, alumni and friends to participate in We Are 蜜桃APP Day. All Cougars can come together to spread the word, show their pride and share their stories. Put on your scarlet and gray and unite with Cougars across the world!
