Jazzin' at the Shedd with 蜜桃APP Alumni and Friends

On Wednesday, August 10 at 5 p.m., join 蜜桃APP's (蜜桃APP) Office of Alumni and Parent Relations on Chicago's lakefront for jazz, cocktails, fireworks and 32,000 animals! Jazzin' at the Shedd, hosted by the Shedd Aquarium, offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the aquarium's galleries, Abbott Oceanarium, Wild Reef and the newest exhibit, Amphibians, in a fun and funky atmosphere.
Featured musicians for the evening include:
- Brent Kimbrough & Company, offering a fusion of smartly arranged jazz classics, soul-searching originals, groove-laden Chicago blues, funk and high-intensity Latin music;
- UroSouleplays, an infectious and original jazz/soul sound, enriched by vocalist and songwriter Agnieszka Iwanska. Her CD entitled, "All That I Am" hit No. 38 on the Top 50 national chart;
- Bill Boris, guitarist, plays a blend of original tunes and straight-ahead jazz with a vibrant contemporary sound.
Admission for the event is $20 (21+) which includes one drink ticket, music and entry (via the accessible entrance) to the aquarium. are required for this event.
